What is it? This program is one way Arnstein Lawn and Garden can reward our dedicated customers. It is a series of service related programs designed for your benefit.
Who can join? The complete program is only for people who purchase their equipment from us. No one else can join!
How much does it cost? Membership in the program is free. Prices on individual programs are discounted for members.
Program #1 - Front Of The Line Service Appointments.
We think this is the best part. It's funny how most often when you need service so does everyone else. Ever wish you could go to the front? Now you can. When you are smart enough to purchase from a dealer, isn't service most often the main reason? You expect special treatment. This is our way of qualifying what you expect anyway. We will reserve special blocks of time specially for members. You will always be certain to be in and out before non-members.
Program #2 - Off-Season Service Specials.
Want great deals on service? Throughout the year we will offer service specials. Our V.I.P. Service Customers will be the first to find out. They will also receive special prices and incentives. Such specials may include but are not limited to parts discounting and free local pickup/delivery.
Program #3 - Maintenance Programs.
All equipment requires service. We can custom tailor a maintenance program for you. You want the most out of your purchase. Regular maintenance extends its life. We can look after it! Our V.I.P. Service Customers will receive discounted prices.
Program #4 - Delivery Programs.
It isn’t always easy to bring your equipment in. We offer our customers a delivery program. This is an upfront, fixed cost program (price varies depending on travel distance) which guarantees you won't have to worry about transportation. We will pickup and deliver your equipment for any warranty repairs at no additional cost.
