1. Is SERVICE imporant to me?
Any mechanical product will need service, parts or repairs at some point. We like to think it happens when it doesn't really matter but this isn't always the case. Does you furnace normally break down on a nice warm day when it doesn't matter or on a cold day? As dealer we look after our customers first! No appologies for doing it this way. 2. Is COMMUNITY imporant to me?
Your local independent dealership is part of your community and part of your local economy. Money spent here stays here! Local quality jobs are created and sustained. Funds are respent in your community. Funds from the big stores leave the area - many even leave your country!
3. Do I want the RIGHT PRODUCT?
When you make a purchase it fills a need or a want. Sometimes all you are certain of is a job that needs to be done or fun that needs to be had. What is the right product for the application? Your dealer has people to help you make the right decision. Know what the most known spec in the lawn tractor industry is? Horsepower and deck size. Some stores can't tell you anything else about the product!!! (Maybe it's because yesterday they were selling paint or shoes) Yes this is important but why do you need a certain size? What are the other factors to consider? What is the best product for the application? Tell your dealer what you want to do and let them work out the details and give you the product options.
